Industrial sectional garage doors

Industrial sectional doors

Our industrial garage doors are reliable, robustly constructed, and made of the highest quality materials, ensuring comfort and safety in use.

They are suitable for almost any type of building, from production halls and storage halls to fire stations, garages, and many other facilities.

Low headroom (CE-LHR 240)

The required lintel height of an industrial garage door with low headroom is a minimum of 240 mm. A minimum jamb width is 120 mm (drive side + 150 mm) and an installation depth at least equal to the door clear height + 820 mm.

Product characteristics: shaft and torsion springs mounted at the rear of the double horizontal guides.

Hn: min. 240 mm

b: min. 120 mm (drive side + 150 mm)

W: min. H + 820 mm

Normal headroom (NL500)

Normally operated industrial gates require a header of minimum height of 510 mm and a jamb of minimum width of 100 mm (+ 150 mm at the driving side), as well as built-in depth at least equal to the height of the gate opening + 675 mm.

Product characteristics: shaft and torsion springs installed on a header, in front of double horizontal guides.

Hn: min. 510 mm
b: min. 100 mm (+ 150 mm at the driving side)
W: min. H + 675 mm

Elevated headroom (HL)

The industrial garage door with elevated headroom is available for two elevation values: HL = 1500 mm and HL = 2500 mm. The required minimum lintel height is HL + 305 mm (1500) / HL + 360 (2500), minimum jamb width is 100 mm (drive side + 150 mm), and an installation depth is at least equal to the height – HL + 1000 mm. Product characteristics: shaft and torsion springs mounted on the lintel at the front of the single horizontal guides.

HL: max. 1500 mm / max. 2500 mm Hn:

HL + 305 mm (1500) / HL + 360 mm (2500)

b: min. 100 mm (drive side + 150 mm)

W: min. (H-HL) + 1000 mm

ThermicGATE garage doors

ThermicGATE is a set of garage door that combines a warm, thick, yet lightweight door panel with special perimeter seals of the door and double adjustable rollers. In ThermicGATE doors, due to the thickness of the panel, the installation of a handle and a lock system with side bolts as well as an integrated with the handle electric drive disengagement system is not possible.

Vertical Lift VL

The industrial garage doorwith vertical lift, due to its structure, requires a lintel height of no less than the clear height of the gate + 300 mm, the width of the jamb a minimum of 100 mm (on the drive side + 150 mm).

Product characteristics: shaft and torsion springs mounted on the lintel, with single horizontal guides at the front.

Hn: H + 300 mm

b: min. 100 mm (on the drive side + 150 mm)

W: min. 600 mm

Vertical headroom on brackets (VL100K)

Due to its design, an industrial door with vertical lift on consoles requires a lintel of at least 250 mm, a jamb width of at least 500 mm (operator side + 150 mm), and an installation depth of at least 600 mm. Product characteristics: shaft and torsion springs mounted on brackets at the front of the single horizontal guides.

Hn: H + 300 mm

b: min. 500 mm (drive side + 150 mm)

W: min. 600 mm

Slanted headroo (FTR)

For an industrial garage door with slanted headroom, the required minimum lintel height is 510 mm, the minimum jamb width is 100 mm (drive side + 150 mm), and an installation depth at least equal to the door clear height + 900 mm. Product characteristics: shaft and torsion springs mounted on the lintel at the front of the single horizontal guides.

Hn: 510 mm

b: min. 100 mm (drive side + 150 mm)

W: min. H + 900 mm
