SK, SKP Front-Mounted Roller Shutters

SK and SKP system-based roller shutters are designed for installation in existing buildings. Their key benefit is the lack of any special pre-installation requirements or modifications needed for the existing structure, as they are not integrated with the window. Therefore, customers can opt to install these front-mounted roller shutters at any stage. These units can be installed either within the window recess or directly onto the wall. For installations in the recess, Aluprof suggests selecting the half-oval SKP box systems for a seamless fit with the external wall, or the SK system, featuring a box cut at a 45° angle.

The roller shutters typically feature a curtain made from high-quality aluminium sheets, filled with polyurethane foam and coated with a special two-layer paint system (PU/PA). This construction enhances the product's resistance to abrasion and weathering. Aluprof also provides options for increased solidity and stability, using profiles made from extruded aluminium and plastic.
