  1. performance of orders and deliveries of our products, including handling complaints and performing warranty repairs, as well as tax settlements related to orders – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  2. responding to inquiries received from you, including those received via the form available on our website – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  3. performance of warranty obligations – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In this case, our legitimate interest is the fulfilment of warranty obligations to which we have committed ourselves under the warranty conditions presented to you,
  4. direct marketing of our services – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In this case, our legitimate interest is the promotion of OKNO-POL brand products.

HOW LONG WILL WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

As a rule, your data will be processed for the duration of order fulfilment and service provision, including complaint services and warranty obligations, or until an effective objection is raised where the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller.

The processing period may be extended if necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims, and thereafter only if and to the extent required by law. After the processing period expires, the data are irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
